I am here to tell you it is possible and it is NOT all about willpower!
All those years you’ve tried to quit sugar, sugary drinks, junky grains and processed products and weren’t able to, thinking you had no willpower!
It’s not your fault! 👏👏🙌🙌
To quit sugar and processed foods you HAVE to properly nourish your body!
1. If you are properly nourished you will have less “detox/die off symptoms” and for a shorter amount of time! This alone will help keep you on track! 💃🏻🕺
2. It is likely your body has been trained to use these sugars for energy. If you immediately take it away without replacing it with new, better energy your cravings for sugar will be very intense, likely leading you right back to it. We don’t want this to happen! We want to kick this stuff! 👊💥
HOW do you properly nourish your body to kick the junk?
🥑 Add in lots of healthy fats: avocado, avocado oil, olive oil ( for spreading, not for cooking), coconut oil, salmon, macadamia nuts (in small amounts), organic pasture raised eggs, ghee, Lard etc
🥚🍗 Organic protein will help nourish your body and keep cravings at bay.
☕️ Dandelion Tea and organic homemade bone broth: Dandelion tea nourishes the liver so it can concentrate on detoxing the body, bone broth offers essential, absorbable amino acids to nourish your body, heal your gut, and keep cravings at bay.
🥗 Eat your greens!
💦 Drink water and TONS of it. Flush out those toxins and Candida/yeast die off you gained from drinking sugar
🛀 Take an Epsom Salt Bath with baking soda, apple cider vinegar detox bath to help relax your body and flush it out.
