Ferris Wheel Trunnion - External Axis Weld Positioners

Most space-efficient, two-station positioner design for parts 2-6 meters long, with standard sizes at 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.5 meters wide
Two design configurations:
- Standard and long arm tooling options now available on all ferris wheel positioners
- Large capacity model with locking pins on each side to stabilize parts in
  front of robot while heavy parts are hoisted on load station
Ergonomic load height and angle of fixture can be varied to ease part loading
MotoMount fixture mounting system for quick change and longer life
Z-beam center support provides maximum clearance for fixture turning and
overhead clearance on operator side for hoist access
Three servo-motor control
- All axes can turn simultaneously while indexing
- Operator can jog station axis while robot welds
Integrated high amperage (800/1600 A) weld ground brushes
Hollow tailstocks and optional slip-rings with DeviceNet or Ethernet cabling and air for automated fixturing
